About the Writers
David Parry is an assistant professor of Emergent Media and Communications. He studies how the transformation from an analog to a digital archive changes knowledge production and dissemination. After receiving a Ph.D. in English from the University at Albany in 2007, he joined the UTD faculty. He has taught classes in philosophy, literature, and new media. Currently he teaches courses on writing in the digital era, and the digital archive. His published works include writing on digital games and web technologies.
