		<description>Why wouldn&#039;t you post your textbook as a (possibly password protected) HTML5/CSS/JavaScript website that you can point your students to? This side-steps Apple&#039;s control, lets you update your content on-the-fly, embed any (h.264) video you like, and serves as an interest web development task, to boot. If you feel the need to subject yourself the the Apple approval process (NB that I use such language reveals my own views on the lockdown), you can use PhoneGap (as long as Apple doesn&#039;t cripple that) to package an application version to put on offer in the app store.</description>
