Need Housing for a Sabbatical
I was wondering how long it would take someone to use the Web to fill this market. Actually I heard someone suggests this a couple years ago. Academic Homes is a website that allows academics to post or find homes for sabbatical, research trips etc. Say you are going away for a year, you have a nice place next to campus, why not rent it to another academic? The site is fairly small right now, only a two places listed in Albany, and some are people selling (not as useful) but if this site grows it could be an excellent resource.
